The PG G28128TLCA is a 128GB automotive grade eMMC 5.1 embedded storage module from China Chips Star (PG). Built on KIOXIA BiCS5 3D TLC and rated for operation -40℃ to +105℃, it is designed for equipment that must boot and store data reliably in harsh environments, including telematics, T-box, ADAS and fleet tracking.
The module uses the standard BGA153 form factor (11.5 x 13 x 1.0 mm) with 1.8V/3.3V dual-voltage support and eMMC 5.1 interface, backward compatible with eMMC 5.1 / 5.0 / 4.51 / 4.41 / 4.4 / 4.3 / 4.2. It integrates wear leveling, read disturb management and ECC to extend data integrity over the product lifetime.
