Features of Industrial Solid State Dirve
Nand Flash: 3D TLC industrial grade nand flash with P/E greater than or equal to 3000 (1000~3000 times for commercial grade SSD) are used for industrial grade SSD, combined with LDP/ECC error checking mechanism to reduce data error rate to below 10 ^ -15.
Main control chip: Industrial grade main control integrated temperature sensor and dynamic thermal protection module, which can automatically adjust the frequency according to the ambient temperature; Commercial grade SSD controllers focus more on read and write speed and have simpler heat dissipation designs.
