For embedded applications with stringent stability and durability requirements, such as industrial control, automotive electronics and security surveillance, traditional TLC/MLC eMMC devices often fail to meet demands due to short program/erase lifespan and performance degradation at high temperatures. In response, China Chips Star Semiconductor Co., Ltd. launches its high-performance PSLC eMMC.
The PSLC eMMC from China Chips Star Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is available in three capacities:

8GB: G2508GPLCB
16GB: G2504GPLCB
This eMMC adopts PSLC (Pseudo SLC) technology, which operates NAND flash in SLC mode with only 1 bit of data stored per cell, breaking through the lifespan limitations of conventional TLC/MLC flash.
Ultra-High Erase/Write Lifespan: PE cycles reach up to 30,000, 6–10 times that of ordinary TLC eMMC (approximately 3,000–5,000 cycles), approaching the level of native SLC. It greatly extends equipment service life and reduces maintenance and replacement costs.
