G2864GTLCA and G28128GTLCA are specifically designed for intelligent driving, automotive radar, ADAS, driving recorders (DVR) and in-vehicle infotainment systems (IVI).
Integrated with NAND flash memory and controller, adopting
153-ball FBGA package (11.5×13×1.0mm), it is available in 64GB/128GB high-capacity options, meeting high-performance, high-reliability and wide-temperature storage requirements under harsh automotive operating environments.

Interface Standard: eMMC 5.1, supports HS400 high-speed mode. Sequential read speed up to 400MB/s with stable sustained write performance, ensuring high-speed reading and writing for radar point cloud, high-precision maps and video streams.
Capacity Configuration: 64GB/128GB, suitable for automotive radar data cache, high-precision map storage (approximately 80–100GB), system firmware and log storage.
Automotive Certification: Compliant with AEC-Q100 and IATF16949 automotive electronic standards, and meets RoHS environmental requirements.
Wide Temperature Operation: -45℃ to +105℃, adaptable to extremely cold / high-temperature engine compartment and outdoor working conditions.
